Lake Orion Hockey

The MHSAA State Tournmanet got under way last week with Lake Orion needing three victories to win the Regional Championship.

Lake Orion beat Fenton 12-0 on tuesday, and then on Thursday they got a 3-1 win over Grand Blanc to advance to the Regional Championship. In the final the Dragons took on Rochester United and in thrilling overtime fashion Lake Orion won 1-0.

With the Regional victory Lake Orion moves on to the MHSAA Quarter Final vs University of Detroit Jesuit.
