118 Minutes Was Not Enough Time
Lake Orion played 118 minutes of hockey this week and came out of it dead even with their two opponents.
On Thursday LO took on Troy in a battle of OAA Red conference leaders. The result was a 2-2 tie. Even though a win would have put LO in the driver's seat for the OAA Red, a tie keeps them right in the championship picture.
Grand Rapids Catholic Central came to town for a Saturday afternoon game which also resulted in a tie by the score of 1-1.
LO takes has another OAA Red game this week vs Stoney Creek, and will also play in the OAA/Metro Conference Showcase vs Allen Park.
