Lake Orion was on the road for tow non-conference games over the weekend, and came away with one win and one loss.
The Dragons lost a tough one in OT vs Dakota by a score of 4-3, and then in another overtime game came away with a 5-4 victory.
Jacob Helzer found the back of the net late in OT to clinch the win Saturday night. Joe Briskey combined for 3 goals and 2 assists in the two games. Johnny Marshall and Jack Barker both played well in goal for Lake Orion.
The Dragons head into the holiday break with a 7-2 record and resume game play the first week of January.
